Our DBPR Approval Status
We believe in being upfront. Here’s exactly where both of our DBPR approvals stand — and what happens next.

Florida approves the provider and the course separately
Florida approves the school, called the provider, under Rule 61-30.501, and approves each course separately under Rule 61-30.503. Both have to be in place before anyone can enroll and have their hours count. Here is exactly where each one stands.
TRACK 1 — PROVIDER APPROVAL
Application submitted
We submitted our provider application to the DBPR on 15 September 2026. It is now with the department. The moment a provider number is issued, it goes on this page.

TRACK 2 — COURSE APPROVAL
Curriculum in development
Our 120-hour curriculum is still being written. When it is finished we submit it for course approval. It has not been submitted yet.

A provider number on its own does not mean our course is approved. We will not open enrollment until both are done, and we will say so here either way — including if the DBPR sends us a deficiency letter.

Why DBPR Approval Matters
Florida law is specific: only a DBPR-approved 120-hour pre-license course satisfies the education requirement for a home inspector license. This is why we won’t open enrollment until approval is confirmed.
FOR STUDENTS
Your Hours Only Count If We’re Approved
If you take a course from an unapproved provider, the DBPR will not accept those hours toward your license application. You would have to repeat the course. That is why we will not take an enrollment until the approvals are in hand.
FOR LICENSING
The Certificate You Will Submit
Once approved, our course completion certificate is submitted directly as part of your DBPR license application. The DBPR will verify approval status on their end before issuing your license.

Common Questions
Can I start the course before DBPR approval?
No — and we won’t let you. We will not open enrollment until DBPR approval is confirmed. Taking a course from an unapproved provider means the DBPR will not accept those hours toward your license. We built our process to protect you from that risk.
How long does DBPR approval usually take?
We do not know, and we will not guess. DBPR does not publish a processing time for provider or course approval. We are tracking both and will update this page whenever anything changes — including if we receive a deficiency letter and have to resubmit.
What if I need to get licensed right now?
If you need to complete your 120-hour course immediately, you should use a currently DBPR-approved provider. The DBPR maintains a list of approved providers on their website. Join our interest list anyway, and we will tell you the moment our course is approved.
Does joining the interest list cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. The interest list is completely free. We will send you one email when approval is confirmed and enrollment opens. No spam, no sales pressure. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I verify your DBPR application status myself?
Yes. The DBPR maintains public records of approved education providers. We encourage you to verify independently — that’s exactly the kind of due diligence a good inspector does.
